We want you to shop with confidence at Zelrobe. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for change of mind as well — if you don't like the suit, you can return it.
  • Fabric must be unused and uncut to be eligible for return.
  • Product should be returned in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

  • Our support team will assist you step by step.
  • Returns are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Refund Details:

  • Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued after fabric inspection at our store.

Important Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable on fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered in any way.
