Zelrobe is an online and retail store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling men's unstitched clothing. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Products

  • We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and colors. However, slight variations in fabric color or texture may occur due to screen display or lighting differences during photography.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

4. Orders & Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.
  • Orders paid via Bank Transfer will only be processed after payment confirmation (screenshot sent via WhatsApp).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping

  • We currently offer free shipping across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery times are mentioned on our Shipping Policy page. Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, including change-of-mind returns, as long as the fabric remains unused and uncut.

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs — is the property of Zelrobe and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zelrobe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
